With the weather outside looking decidedly wintery (we have sleet & gales in the North East as I write this!) people are opting to replace the spring traditions of the BBQ and garden party with dinner parties taking place indoors. However, the benefits provided by a centrally heated house such as warm fingers and toes, are not the only reasons why people enjoy a good old knees up! BBQs are great but very rarely offer up gourmet meals and the chance to drink some fine wine, but where the dinner party is concerned.....MORE
